Our helpdesk provides support options from email to telephone assistance.

Combined, our support staff has a wealth of experience with fab solutions applications. Each member of the team has an area of expertise from Accounting, Operational or Operating System issues. To ensure we have the correct person dealing with your inquiry we have adopted a call back policy.

Our support hours are:  10.00am till 5.00pm.  Monday to Friday

You can request support in the following ways:

1. Email our helpdesk and if we can answer your inquiry by email we will do so, otherwise we may need to dial into your computer program and call you back.
   
2. Call us on 09 630 6451 and leave us a detailed message and we will have the appropriate person call you...usually within 20 minutes.
